Ginjer provides a social listening and paid media intelligence platform to enable brands to analyze their competitive landscape. The features and functionalities of the Services are described in the relevant documentation available in the appendix I.

2. Registration & Account Security

To access our Services, you must register an account to Ginjer Dashboard using a valid email address.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service’s registration form.
• Not use generic, alias, or role-based email addresses (e.g. [email protected]) for registration. Each account must be associated with a unique, individual email address.
• Maintain the security of your account and credentials (especially password).
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of your account.
• Be of legal age to form a binding contract.

Ginjer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.

Ginjer cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation described above.

3. Permitted Use & Restrictions

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for legitimate business purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Resell, duplicate, copy, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without prior authorization.
